Tate comes to Quantonas courtesy of Trena Cardwell of Chukarhill Kennel. When I met Tate in 2012, I absolutely adored the dog. I watched him progress into a finished product, and achieve some commendable wins with some special performances along the way. In spring of 2015, Tate was named the winner of the ISCA National Gun Dog Championship.
In fall of 2015, Trena allowed me to handle the dog in the amateur stakes at both the ISCA NFC and NRSFTC Shooting Dog Championship. During that time, tate stayed with me and began to learn all about becoming a world class couch potato.
Recently, Trena offered me the opportunity to own Tate, and he will come live with his number one fan upon my return from Afghanistan.
